Find answers to common questions about QRSBN

Follow the registration steps. Registration is Publisher Registration. At this stage, the publisher prepares a Declaration Letter (downloaded from the registration page) that has been filled out correctly and completely, and prepares legality documents (such as: notarial deed, Rector's Decree, or MoU).

After registration is approved by the admin, log in to the publisher dashboard. Then submit a QRSBN application for each book by filling out the form and uploading the required attachments.

Log in to the publisher dashboard, select "Register QRSBN", fill in the book details (title, author, number of pages, etc.), and upload the required attachment files (CV, title page, back of title page in one PDF file).

Each version of the book (printed, PDF, Epub) requires a separate QRSBN number. Submit a separate QRSBN application for each version.

Contact the QRSBN admin through the notification feature on the publisher dashboard or via the contact email to request data revision for the approved QRSBN.

Use the Forgot Password feature on the login page or contact the QRSBN admin for manual account reset.

There is no limit on the number of book title submissions. Publishers can register as many books as needed through the QRSBN system.
